Graduating from a double bachelor degree in Psychology and Business in 2013, Kelly soon after secured a HR Graduate role. Since then, she has had wonderful opportunities for development and growth. Now, she is one semester away from graduating with a Master’s degree in HRM and has recently been appointed HR Manager in a standalone business - reporting to the CEO as part of the leadership team.
She has worked with truly amazing people on her journey so far that have shaped who she is as a professional. She is excited about the opportunity to lead and create positive change.
Unfettered by pre-existing paradigms, Tricia developed her own unique ways to do things. For example, communication and storytelling is important to her. Her office is unique in design, encouraging people to come in– far from your traditional mahogany desk!
She asks all team members to have a 30 minutes cup of team with her whenever they want – to discuss anything! We have an underpinning philosophy of honest conversations, discussed during recruitment, on-boarding and supported by ongoing training programs.

Alana has demonstrated outstanding ability to understand and meet the needs of both the business and employees by introducing pioneering work arrangements that address work/life balance, while promoting greater engagement and productivity.
Her commitment to understanding departments and individuals across the business has led to significant increases in employee satisfaction and retention.
In particular, she has championed Indigenous employment by not only working closely with individual employees, but by creating a supportive culture within the hotel.
